Power Camp is for Managers, Directors and Vice Presidents who want to focus their goals, maximize their strengths, and advance their careers. Ideally we prefer to keep Power Camp limited to professionals a maximum of two levels apart. For example Sr Directors and Managers may attend at the same time, but Managers and VPs would benefit most from separate retreat experiences. Obviously roles and responsibilities vary with the size of an organization.
