Cancellation Policy

30 days or more

If for any reason, you are unable to attend a Center Stage Group training for the dates you originally requested and cancel 30 days in advance, you will receive a 100% refund minus any credit card charges or deposit fees Center Stage paid to the caterer and/or lodging facility on your behalf. You will have the option of sending someone in your place at no additional charge, as long as they attend the training on the dates you originally registered for.

2 weeks or less

If for any reason you are unable to attend a Center Stage Group training and you cancel within 2 weeks or less from the dates you originally requested, you will receive a 50% refund minus any credit card charges or deposit fees Center Stage incurred with the caterer or lodging facility. You will have the option of sending someone in your place at no additional charge, as long as they attend a Center Stage Group training on the dates you originally registered for.
